UCLA has a lot of time to kill Saturday before it kicks off against BYU. With the 7:15 p.m. PT start time, the Bruins have nearly all day to prepare mentally and physically for the Cougars. They’ll have morning meetings, walk-throughs and maybe even a mock game. Then they’ll have time to watch other games on TV.
“I think they get inspired,” Coach Jim Mora said.
But the other games are just the appetizers for UCLA’s main course.
After the Bruins rallied for a 24-23 victory over the Cougars last year at the Rose Bowl, the teams meet this time in Provo, Utah.
