1. Will the offense work?
Not too long ago, the Pac-12 was the home of the spread offense. It might still be, but UCLA is at least moving out and down the street in a house next to Stanford with its new power-run scheme.
Behind closed doors, the offense took major steps forward in summer player-only practices. When the Bruins took the field during fall camp, the false starts subsided and the offense started functioning smoothly.
