LOS ANGELES – The greatest strength UCLA’s group of receivers has is also the group’s greatest drawback. As was the case during the offseason, there are many options, but the Bruins are still waiting for the top one to emerge.
Nine UCLA receivers caught a pass against UNLV last week, 10 if you include tight end Nate Iese. Going into Saturday night’s game against BYU, five receivers have four to seven catches this season.
However, quarterback Josh Rosen is not concerned with how many catches they make. He just wants to know who can make the one catch they need.
