UCLA quarterback Josh Rosen is "99 percent a no-go" for Tuesday night's Cactus Bowl, according to a Sports Illustrated report.

Rosen, recovering from a concussion, will go thru pregame warm-ups but is unlikely to play the game against Kansas State.

SI reports that Rosen wants to play, but it's "100 percent medical."

"I think players are just starting to realize they have a lot of power and they don't need to be exploited when it's to their detriment," Rosen said during Saturday's Cactus Bowl media day.
