LOS ANGELES – Both Arizona and Oregon won their final games of the regular season on Saturday, locking UCLA into the No. 3 seed in the Pac-12 tournament before the Bruins tipped off with Washington State later that night.
The Bruins are one of four teams to receive a bye into the quarterfinals of the conference tournament. They will play the winner of a first-round game between sixth-seeded USC and 11th-seeded Washington on Thursday at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
The No. 3 team in the country finished third in its own conference, a game behind both Oregon and Arizona, which rank sixth and seventh in the Associated Press poll, respectively.
