UCLA LB Jayon Brown tackles his job with a great attitude

UCLA linebacker Jayon Brown had a career-high 19 tackles against Colorado, further stretching his Pac-12 lead for tackles in a game.

The senior from Long Beach has averaged 10.1 tackles per game and 91 total, which is only two behind his team-leading total from 2015. Brown also leads the conference in solo tackles (58).

“We ask him to do so much and he does it so well,” defensive coordinator Tom Bradley said. “He comes out every day with a get-better attitude. He works on his craft. He’s conscientious of what he does. He comes out with great effort every day.
