UCLA Football vs. Memphis Halftime Report – Bruins in tight battle with Tigers

The UCLA Football team started slow and was stopped on their first possession after 12 consecutive drives with a touchdown. Memphis answered on their first play with an 80-yard run which spoke volumes about the run defense at that point. Memphis got into the end zone two plays later to start the scoring, 7-0.

On their third possession, UCLA finally got into the end zone. After several failed runs, UCLA finally got some ground momentum when Brandon Stephens opened the drive with a long sprint. Jalen Starks added a 7-yard score to get the Bruins on the board, game tied at 7.
