Carl Jones, a 3-star recruit from Bakersfield, California signed his National Letter of Intent this morning and sent it in to the UCLA Bruins.
Carl Jones became one of the Bruins more recent commits this month after he decommitted from Colorado on December 11th.
When he did that, there was speculation that the Bakersfield High School star was interested in UCLA and, sure enough, on December 13th, Jones made his announcement live on the BVarsity Live.
Jones is a 6’1” 195 pound athlete who can play on both sides of the ball, although coach Paul Rhoads and coach Jerry Azzinaro were the ones recruiting him which would lead you to believe that defensive back might end up being his landing spot at UCLA.
