Jim Mora’s sixth season at UCLA will start the same way as his fifth, but the Bruins are hopeful that 2017 will end much differently.
Coming off their worst season in the Mora era, the Bruins start their 2017 schedule with a rematch of last year’s season opener, against Texas A&M on Sept. 2 at the Rose Bowl.
The Pac-12 announced the football schedule Wednesday.
UCLA, which finished 4-8 last season and missed a bowl game for the first time in Mora’s tenure, also plays host to Hawaii on Sept. 9 before finishing its nonconference slate Sept.
