You know that the long college football offseason is almost over when the award watch lists start coming out and the first ones came out yesterday. One of them was the Maxwell Award watch list and UCLA Bruins running back Joshua Kelley was one of the players named to the watch list for the 83rd annual Maxwell Award.
Last season, Kelley had six 100-yard rushing games including his record-setting 289-yard performance against Southern Cal, the most for any running back for either team. He also rushed for at least one touchdown in the last eight games of last season, helping him finish tenth in the Pac-12 in scoring with an average of 6.
