Things looked good at halftime. The UCLA Football team took a 10-7 lead into the break. When they emerged from the locker room, Colorado took over and never let UCLA back in. To be specific, there were times when UCLA did not let UCLA back in.
Colorado gave UCLA every reason to win this game. The Buffaloes had a player ejected for targeting, multiple unsportsmanlike conduct calls, they made four turnovers in the first half and their quarterback Sefo Liufau even got knocked out of the game before halftime.
That didn’t seem to matter to this very determined and able Buffaloes team.
