Eight months ago, Chip Kelly was hired as the coach of the UCLA football team. Since then, he has only addressed a small portion of media which mostly took place during spring practice.
On Wednesday, Kelly opened up to a room full of local and national media figures as he spoke for the first time at Pac-12 Media Day with his new team.
UCLA is a team in transition and the process of moving from a Jim Mora-led program to Kelly has been both good and had its bumps in the road and Kelly addressed all of those issues.
