2016 was a season to forget for the UCLA Football team. They lost their QB halfway through the season and ended 4-8. It was the opposite for the USC Trojans.
USC started as many expected with a 1-4 record coming with losses to Alabama, Stanford and Utah. Many thought it was the end for USC and Head Coach Clay Helton. Actually, it was only the beginning.
The Trojans made a switch at quarterback and redshirt freshman Sam Darnold rattled off 9 wins to go 10-3 with an epic win in the Rose Bowl.
