UCLA Football: Bruins unveil the new Wasserman Football Center

For many years those who supported the UCLA Football program felt the lack of a dedicated football facility was contributing to a perceived recruiting issues. While the Bruins were still able to bring plenty of talent to Westwood, there’s no doubt this gives them a bevy of ammunition on the recruiting trails.

The building, named for the Wasserman Foundation and its president, UCLA alum Casey Wasserman marks a huge accomplishment for the UCLA Football team. The $65 million dollar facility demonstrates the University’s and the donor’s commitment to the team.

As shown in the tweet below, the building houses a state of the art weight room,, meeting rooms, a gorgeous deck to watch practice from and a barber shop.
