UCLA falls to No. 8 in latest AP men's basketball poll after loss to Arizona

Following its loss to Arizona, the UCLA men’s basketball team dropped to No. 8 in Monday’s Associated Press Poll.

The 96-85 defeat Saturday at Pauley Pavilion, UCLA’s second loss of the season, vaulted Arizona from 14th to seventh.

Villanova remained No. 1 and Kansas No. 2 for the second consecutive week. UCLA, which was No. 3 before suffering its first home loss this season, is ranked outside of the top four for the first time since Nov. 28.
