LOS ANGELES – Somewhere between Westwood and Provo, Utah, UCLA lost its running game. For the past five weeks, the Bruins have retraced every step to rediscover their long-lost attack, but Coach Jim Mora said the team might go off the beaten track to jump-start things this week.
The Bruins (3-4, 1-3 Pac-12) have 294 rushing yards combined in the past five games. Mora said the team tries to tweak things every week, but this change for UCLA’s Pac-12 South matchup with Utah on Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Rose Bowl will be “a little bit more significant for us.
