LOS ANGELES – Three weeks into the season, the UCLA coaching staff hung a list of college basketball’s notable upsets on the locker room wall.
It hasn’t made an appearance recently, but the Bruins haven’t forgotten about it. Probably because it’s more applicable than ever to No. 2 UCLA (10-0) entering Wednesday’s meeting with UC Santa Barbara (1-6).
“It was something for our guys to see that there’s parity in college basketball,” senior Bryce Alford said. “Regardless of how talented we are, what our ranking is,what we’ve done in the first 10 games, if we’re not ready to play on Wednesday, we’re not going to play well and we could get beat.
