It has been almost 100 days since UCLA basketball had a legitimate head coach and after weeks of hiring attempts, the Bruins are no closer to having one. This coming off the heels of Rick Barnes spurning the Bruins to stay at Tennessee.
UCLA was offering Barnes $5 million a year (more than he made at Tennessee) to coach their storied program, but chose to stay in Knoxville and has now signed a new deal with the Volunteers.
