Josh Rosen, Bruins plan to shake off overtime loss, focus on rest of season

LOS ANGELES – The season didn’t start out the way UCLA wanted. That doesn’t mean it can’t end the way the Bruins envisioned.

After UCLA’s opening loss to Texas A&M, quarterback Josh Rosen said Monday he believes the team can still “accomplish everything we want to do.” That includes a trip to the Pac-12 Championship game in December and a spot in a premier bowl game.

“Often times you see it’s better to lose in September than it is in December,” center Scott Quessenberry said. “We’re going to shake it off and we’re going to claw out the rest of this tough schedule we have.
