De'Aaron Fox, Kentucky slow UCLA to a halt, end Lonzo Ball's college career

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Lonzo Ball walked to UCLA’s huddle, his chest heaving as he tried to catch his breath late in the second half.

The Bruins’ point guard looked weary from the breakneck pace at which he played all season.

On Friday night, UCLA looked like it was running in place.

Second-seeded Kentucky leaned on its defense on one end of the court while its own heralded freshman point guard took advantage on the other. De’Aaron Fox helped the Wildcats to the ultimate revenge for a loss to UCLA four months ago by ending the third-seeded Bruins’ season with an 86-75 win in the South Regional semifinal at FedEx Forum.
