A familiar trend has landed UCLA in unfamiliar territory.
The Bruins, the preseason Pac-12 South favorites, are in yet another one of their October slumps. Only this time, it resulted in the worst start to conference play in the Jim Mora era.
This is UCLA’s fourth straight October with back-to-back losses in conference play after the team’s 27-21 loss to Washington State on Saturday. Again, the Bruins (3-4, 1-3 Pac-12) must bounce back and again, they are preaching the same message of unity.
“It’s my duty and our duty as a team to make sure that it’s not divided and we’re playing as a unit,” defensive tackle Eddie Vanderdoes said.
