LOS ANGELES – Adarius Pickett likes to wear a dark visor in practice because Kam Chancellor wears it. The Seattle Seahawks’ All-Pro safety is known as one of the hardest hitters in the NFL, the enforcer on one of the league’s most feared defenses.
Pickett wants to be that too. After bouncing from the defensive backfield to the offense backfield and then back to defense in his first two years with the Bruins, the redshirt sophomore has found a home as a hard-hitting safety with a knack for big plays.
“I love hitting people,” Pickett said. “I’ve always been a physical presence on the field whether it be playing running back, offense, defense, special teams.
