After losing just one long-time starter from last season, UCF's offensive line finds itself grappling with inexperience.
The Knights' right side got hit with some injuries and illnesses during preseason camp, leaving a rotation of younger players to fill the gaps. Most notably absent from the depth chart last week was sophomore lineman Chavis Dickey, who started 12 games at right tackle last season before moving to guard in the offseason.
Coaches said Dickey fought through pneumonia-like symptoms at camp and he's still working his way back to a starting job.
"I bring his name up all the time with the offense.
