UCF defensive back Richie Grant (27) earned unanimous All-American Athletic Conference first team honors, headlining a list of nine Knights earning league recognition.
Grant is the 12th unanimous first-team pick in AAC history and is the fourth player to earn All-AAC first team honors three times. The league’s coaches voted on the awards, announced Tuesday.
UCF senior wide receiver Marlon Williams, sophomore wide receiver Jaylon Robinson, junior offensive guard Cole Schneider and sophomore center Matt Lee joined Grant on the first team.
Grant leads UCF with 72 tackles, 49 solo stops, 3.5 tackles for a loss, three interceptions, six pass break-ups, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.
