This football season may not have gone as UCF would have preferred, with the Knights out of contention for the American Athletic Conference championship. A win over rival USF on Friday, however, would help the Knights close the regular season on a high note.
While many of the Knights shared how much earning a win over the rival Bulls meant to them, UCF quarterback Dillon Gabriel said he was focused on simply earning a win.
“It’s another opportunity this week to go plus-one and find a way to win,” UCF quarterback Dillon Gabriel said. “Every game is important in the whole schedule and we continue to stay motivated and find a way to win.
