UCF’s men’s basketball team is among a group of teams selected to take part in the Hall of Fame Tip-Off Tournament on Nov. 21-22, officials from the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame announced Monday.
The Knights are among eight teams taking part in two four-team brackets for the series of games at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn. Marquette, Minnesota, Rhode Island, Albany, Lehigh, Long Island and Quinnipiac also are taking part in the tournament.
“The Hall of Fame Tip-Off Tournament has proven to be one of the best early-season events in the country, offering great competition and an outstanding venue,” said John L.
