UCF football player Antwan Collier charged with carrying a firearm, driving without licenses

UCF defensive back Antwan Collier was arrested by campus police Thursday and charged with carrying a concealed firearm without a license and driving with a suspended or revoked license, according to Orange County court records.

“UCF Athletics officials are aware of the matter involving Antwan Collier. We have no further comment as we learn additional details about the situation,” UCF spokesman John Heisler said in response to questions about Collier’s status with the football team.

The Knights are set to play at Houston Saturday, with kickoff set for 2 p.m. and the game airing on ESPN+.
