The UCF football team’s game against East Carolina slated to kick off at noon Saturday and stream on ESPN+ will now be broadcast on ABC.
The Knights were bumped into the national spotlight after ESPN and ABC had to replace Notre Dame’s game against Wake Forest that was postponed due to COVID-19 test results. ESPN analyst Mike Golic and his wife, Christine, first reported the change on Twitter.
UCF’s opener against Georgia Tech was supposed to air on ESPN, but it was moved to ABC after the network was forced to move Miami and Louisville from the afternoon spot to the night game following the postponement of the Virginia versus Virginia Tech game.
