LOUISVILLE, Ky. — UCF hits the road for the first time to take on ACC-foe Louisville tonight. With a win, the Knights can start 3-0 for the fourth time in the last five seasons.
“What really stands out to me is they’re one of the better teams in [controlling] the time of possession,” UCF coach Gus Malzahn said. “That’s a sign of being able to run the football and play solid defense.”
Quick slant: The Knights and Cardinals have only met twice, with Louisville winning the first in 1985 and UCF securing victory in 2013.
