Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Breshad Perriman has been out since the first day of preseason when he came down hard on his knee when attempting to make a catch. He was originally listed as day to day with knee bruise and wasn't expected to miss a full week. Perriman was eventually diagnosed with a minor PCL injury and he was fully expected to be ready for the season opener. As of Week 3 he had not yet been active and went out to run a few routes in pregame warmups. He tweaked his injured knee and it was reported he had suffered a setback.
