Orlando company donates 40,000 leis to help UCF fans honor injured QB McKenzie Milton

When UCF fans were looking for Hawaiian-style leis to wear at this week’s conference championship game to honor injured quarterback and Aloha State native McKenzie Milton, they found the perfect connection in 1995 grad Sanja Srinivasan, who just happened to have 40,000 or so of them in his Orlando warehouse.

Srinivasan, owner of Orlando promotions company Global Promo and a UCF football season ticket holder, connected with the Knights through an alumni group to donate the flowered necklaces.

“To say the least, I wanted to do whatever I could to support (Milton’s) recovery,” Srinivasan said.
