If Dwight Howard wants to come home — if he honestly and genuinely wants to come home to the Orlando Magic — then Magic management should do everything in its power to make it happen.
I can come up with numerous basketball and business reasons why the Magic should make this highly controversial move, but I'm simply going to defer to that astute NBA commentator Bob Dylan, who once famously sang:
"When you got nothing, you got nothing to lose."
The Magic are stumbling to end of the fourth season of their failed rebuild with little hope of being a contender in the foreseeable future.
