Isaiah Adams scored a season-high 26 points on 10-for-11 shooting and UCF held off Tulane for an 84-81 win on Saturday.
Tulane led by as many 11 points in the first half before Adams, a freshman who has struggle to score recently, got hot and scored 14 for the Knights before halftime.
“There was a stretch where I wasn’t doing what I could offensively,” Adams said. “This game it was just getting back in my rhythm. I [got] my groove back and we were back to playing basketball. They wanted me to stay ready and I was.
