Something tells me George O’Leary is about to give up his role as UCF’s interim athletic director.
This is just an educated guess on my part and I may be wrong, but when I asked O’Leary on our Open Mike radio show Thursday morning if he is having second thoughts about his dual role as AD and football coach, he said something very peculiar.
He said, “I’ll make a decision on that situation quickly ... shortly."
The key words here are "quickly" and "shortly."
These are words I've never heard O'Leary utter before when talking about the AD job.
