BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — UAB isn’t wasting any time getting back into playing the big boys of college football. The Blazers announced Monday they will face Texas A&M at Kyle Field on September 22nd, 2018.
“Scheduling games our players and fans can look forward to is another important part of the big picture,” UAB head coach Bill Clark said in a release. “We are excited for the opportunity to play Texas A&M in one of the premier venues in college football.
Prior to the shut down of the program in 2014, UAB traveled to many schools across the southeast for non-conference games.
