Tulsa men's soccer players Ray Saari and Jake McGuire were named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of American (NSCAA) NCAA Division I Men's All-East Region Team, as announced by the NSCAA.
Saari, a senior midfielder from Kansas City, Mo., was tabbed to the All-East Region first team. He started 14 of 15 games, while missing five games due to injury. Saari had the second-most goals on the TU roster with five and was tied for first in assists with four for 14 points on the year. Two of his goals were game winners, while he went 3-of-4 from the penalty kick line, and had 14 of his 20 shots on goal for a 70.
