Tulsa, Okla. – The University of Tulsa's No. 27 men's tennis team defeated No. 42 Dartmouth in a 4-3 thriller Tuesday afternoon at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center. The Golden Hurricane snapped a five-match losing streak with the win improving to 8-8 overall, while Dartmouth falls to 11-7 overall.
TU's doubles team Majed Kilani and Carlos Bautista (No. 3) led 3-1 against Max Fliegner and Max Schmidt, before going on to score three straight points to win the match 6-1. Dartmouth's Brendan Tannenbaum and George Wall (No. 2) defeated Dylan McCloskey and Dominic Bechard in a 6-2 decision to tie the doubles score at 1-1.
