Tulsa women's soccer player Madison Williams was named to the American Athletic Conference All-Rookie Team, as announced today by the league office.
Williams, a freshman defender from Allen, Texas, started in all 17 games, including playing every minute of 13 contests. She recorded an assist against Oral Roberts, attempted seven shots, two of which were on goal, and assisted in two clean sheets.
Williams is TU's eighth selection to The American all-rookie team, including teammates Mia Darden (2018), Kayla Fernandez (2019) and Madison Tokarchik (2020-21), as well as assistant coach Rachel (Thun) Blankenship (2014).
