Tulsa sophomore rowers Johanna Kristof and Madlen Markova are set to compete at the European Rowing U23 Championships in Duisburg, Germany, in the Women's Single event on Saturday, September 5.
Kristof and Madlen will represent their home countries of Bulgaria and Austria, respectively, in the race.
"I am incredibly proud of these two for being able to train and race with their countries," Tulsa Head Coach Kevin Harris said. "They have been an inspiration to our whole team. They haven't even been on the team a year, but have both been great assets and teammates.
