Tulsa freshman Greta Bruner sits in seventh place after two rounds Monday at the 18-team Amelia Island Collegiate in Fernandina Beach, Fla., as the Golden Hurricane women's team is in 12th place after the opening day. Bruner turned in rounds of 76 and 70 for a two-over par 146, while as a team Tulsa carded rounds of 308 and 304 for a 612 total at the par-72 Amelia National Golf Club.
Mercer University leads the tournament with a score of seven-over par 583, followed by Campbell University with a score of 586.
Bruner's two-over par score is six strokes behind leader Jiwon Jeon of Daytona State College.
