TULSA, Okla. –– The 2019 Tulsa Golden Hurricane football season opener against the Michigan State Spartans of the Big Ten Conference has been moved to a Friday night game in Lansing, Michigan.
Tulsa and Michigan State will square off at 75,005-seat Spartan Stadium on Friday, August 30. The game time and TV network will be announced at a later date.
This will be the first meeting between Tulsa and Michigan State on the gridiron. Michigan State is coming off a 7-6 campaign in 2018, while Tulsa won two of its final four games to finish with a 3-9 mark.
