TULSA, Okla. - The University of Tulsa's women's tennis team finished the season ranked No. 17 in the final United States Tennis Association (USTA) poll and No. 19 in the final International Tennis Association (ITA) poll, it was announced today. These rankings come after a season where the Golden Hurricane made it to the NCAA Sweet 16 for the first time in program history.
In addition, American Athletic Conference Player of the Year, Ksenia Laskutova, finished at the No. 60 spot in the ITA singles rankings, while Martina Okalova ranked at No. 80. Both players earned all-conference honors this past season.
