Tulsa Head Women's Soccer Coach Kyle Cussen announced the signing of seven players for the 2017 freshman class, including Gabriella Borboa, Kelsey Brann, Averee Dubach, Addyson Guthrie, Ashlyn Heckman, Neha Igwe and Brittany Weatherford.
A 5-7 forward from San Diego, Calif., Borboa plays club soccer for San Diego Surf ECNL Composite U19 and the Santa Fe Christian High School team. With the Surf, she helped claim both the 2016 Summer Surf Cup and 2016 Thanksgiving Surf Cup. She also played with U17 and U18 Arsenal FC EGSL Elite, where she was the leading scorer with 30 goals in 42 games.
