The Tulsa women's soccer team captured a 3-0 win over Grambling State on Friday night at the Hurricane Soccer and Track Stadium. TU moved to 3-1 on the season, while GSU fell to 3-2 overall.
"It was a tough game," Head Coach said. "Grambling State does a good job. They are athletic and they ran at us for 90 minutes. I felt like in the first half our goal was against the run of play, and they got a shot or two before we got an opportunity. After that we settled in and after halftime we played a lot better, creating two more goals and several more chances to score.
