The Tulsa women's golf team sits in 13th place following two rounds Friday at the Red Raider Invitational. The Hurricane carded rounds of 305 and 316 for a 36-hole score of 621 at the par-72 Rawls Course.
Tulsa junior Nadia Majidizadeh is in 53rd place to lead the Hurricane with a score of 154 after rounds of 78 and 78.
Sophomore Nicole Marquardt shot an opening round one-over par 73 for Tulsa's best individual score of the day. After starting on hole 17, she had bogey putts on the par-5 ninth hole and par-4 13th hole, but then birdied the par-4 14th to take a one-over par score into second round action.
