Four Tulsa players scored in double figures to lead the Golden Hurricane to an 83-77 upset victory over Houston on Saturday afternoon at the Donald W. Reynolds Center. TU moved to 9-16 on the season and 3-9 in American Athletic Conference play, while UH fell to 19-7 overall and 8-4 in the league.
"I am really proud of our effort," Head Coach Matilda Mossman said. "I am proud of how we got up by 18, then they cut it to one and we fought through adversity and kept fighting through adversity to hold on for the win.
