Tulsa (14-16) opens play in the American Athletic Conference Championship on Thursday at the XL Center in Hartford, Conn., against the Tulane Green Wave (6-24). The Tulsa-Tulane game, which can be seen live on ESPNews and heard in the Tulsa area on Big Country 99.5 FM, is set to begin at 5:00 pm Central.
The Hurricane was 1-1 in games against the Green Wave this season, with both teams winning on their home court. Tulsa picked up an 89-82 win on January 18, while Tulane earned an 81-69 victory in the last regular season contest on March 5.
