The Tulsa women's soccer team earned a 2-1 win over Temple on Sunday afternoon at the Temple Sports Complex in Philadelphia, Pa. The Golden Hurricane moved to 5-6-1 on the season and 1-1 in the American Athletic Conference, while the Owls fell to 3-9 overall and 0-2 in the league.
"I didn't think we came out with a sense of urgency," Head Coach Kyle Cussen said. "We played okay in the first half, but weren't creating enough scoring opportunities. In the second half we came out with a sense of urgency because we were down 1-0.
