TULSA, Okla. – Coming off its first outdoor meet last weekend, the Tulsa track and field team will send seven runners to compete at the Stanford Invitational starting this Friday, April 1 and conclude the following day at the Cobb Track and Angell Field in Palo Alto, California.
will compete in the women's 5,000-meter run, while , , and are set to compete in the men's 5,000-meter run. Tulsa will also have , , and contend in the 10,000-meter run. Those events are slated for Friday night.
At last weekend's Oral Roberts Invitational, the Hurricane tallied five victories and 23 top-5 finishes to start the outdoor campaign.
