TULSA, Okla. – Following a pair of impressive performances at the Oral Roberts Invitational and Stanford Invitational, the Tulsa track and field team continues its outdoor season, competing in two different meets over the next couple of days.
The Hurricane will compete at the John McDonnell Invitational from April 7-8, hosted by the University of Arkansas, as well as the Joe Walker Invitational, which takes place at Ole Miss on April 8-9.
Tulsa is coming off historic performances at the Stanford Invitational, highlighted by Micheal Power, who was named American Athletic Conference Player of the Week Honors on Tuesday after running the one of the fastest 5,000-meter time this year at 13:29.
